What are Chakras?
ByChakra literally translates as “wheel” in Sanskrit. Although they are invisible to the human eye, and have never been verified by an autopsy, chakras are vitally important to health. They are energy centers that are located along the spine. Chakras absorb, store, and distribute “prana” or vital life energy throughout the human body. There are seven main chakras or energy centers and each relates to a major organ of the body. In addition, each chakra has a corresponding color that it radiates. If your chakras are balanced and functioning properly, you will have good health and be radiant. If your chakras are imbalanced and not working properly, you will not have optimum health.
Have you ever heard the phrase “she looked radiant” or “she was glowing”? Without realizing it, we recognize when someone is healthy and their chakras are balanced and shining brightly. There are many methods to balance your chakras including yoga, color, sound, mantras, meditation, aroma, food, and massage.
Don’t you want to be balanced, healthy and “Shine”?

Udaysree,
Yes, meditation is a great way to help us shine brighter! Personally, I also like using color and sound, by creating artwork and listening to uplifting music.
